Littlebrook has changed significantly over the last 15–20 years.
Looking at the last 18 months of sales, I found 13 Littlebrook homes that sold above $2 million, with a median price of $3 million and a high sale of $4.5 million.
One factor contributing to that demand is education. For many Princeton buyers, access to Littlebrook Elementary adds another layer of desirability to an already competitive neighborhood.
The numbers show just how firmly Littlebrook has entered Princeton’s luxury market.
