Inside Princeton’s $3M Western Section
Princeton’s Western Section is one of the town’s most recognizable luxury residential areas, including streets such as Library Place and Hodge Road.
Over the last 18 months, only 18 homes sold on the MLS in the Western Section. Of those sales, 13 were above $2 million, while the median sale price reached approximately $3 million. The highest sale during the period was $5.39 million on Wilson Road.
The appeal goes beyond the homes themselves. Buyers are paying for historic architecture, proximity to downtown Princeton and Princeton University, walkability, and access to the Dinky for connections toward New York City.
Watch the video above for a closer look at what the numbers reveal about one of Princeton’s premier luxury neighborhoods.
