Why Our Clients Benefit When We Invest in Our Agents

Why Our Clients Benefit When We Invest in Our Agents

I recently spent $12,000 on a single day of real estate coaching. At our next brokerage meeting, I shared the playbook with our agents.

Why? Because investing in our agents is ultimately an investment in our clients.

When we discover a better strategy, improve the way we present and market homes, or learn something that can strengthen a transaction, I don't believe that knowledge should stay with one person.

When you work with an agent on our team, you're not just getting that individual agent's experience. You're benefiting from the shared knowledge, resources, and strategies of the brokerage behind them.

I discussed this approach to leadership, real estate, and building a better brokerage during my recent conversation on Bricks & Risk.
