Inside Mercer County's Only Emergency Women's Shelter
For many women, an emergency shelter is the difference between sleeping safely and having nowhere to turn. During my visit to the Rescue Mission of Trenton, I toured the emergency women's shelter and learned how the organization provides immediate support, dignity, and hope for women facing crisis.
This visit was also an opportunity to highlight The Wilton Scholarship Fund, established in memory of my brother to help individuals battling addiction access treatment and recovery.
