Our Compensation Plans (They are pretty simple)
85% starting 'split.'
85 to you
15 to us.
Once you contribute (cap) $25,000 you go to 100% until your annivesery date. No franchise fees, no monthly fees, no transaction fees, no special deals.
(Basically, once you close around $6 million you go to 100%)
If you have a team it is a $10,000 contribution per team member. That's it.
Want to leave for another Broker take your listing and your pending income with you. We don't hold you hostage like traditional brokers do.
Title Shares
Tired of giving your title business to your Broker and getting nothing in return?
We formed Princeton Abstract to be an Agent owned entity. Allowing you to own shares in the Title Company and get paid out on profit at the end of the year.
