With 26 years in real estate, I’ve built a career on results, integrity, and a client-first mindset. I spent 17 years as a top-producing agent in the South Jersey market, earning a Top 100 spot in my previous company, specializing in South Jersey and Philadelphia markets. My niche included working with investors on long-term leasing and residential flips.

I then transitioned to the corporate side, managing a sales office of over 100 associates, and later advancing to Regional President, overseeing teams across Southern Pennsylvania, Delaware, South Jersey, and the Jersey Shore. In that role, I led recruitment, coaching, training, and performance presentations for more than 1,500 associates and office staff.

Today, I’m the Chief Growth Officer at Princeton Property Management, where I drive strategic growth while supporting The Wilton Group of Queenston Realty. I’m passionate about helping clients and teams navigate markets with clarity, leverage opportunities, and achieve lasting success.
